World One Inc (“World One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial waste, recycling, and sustainability services to property owners and managers nationwide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through world1inc.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on our site, request an estimate, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide. Our request form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, service address, and a description of the services you are looking for. If you become a customer, we also collect the information needed to set up and service your account, such as billing contacts, property details, service locations, and hauler and contract records.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools automatically record technical information, including your IP address, the general geographic area derived from that IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this information is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from property managers, building owners, tenants, brokers, and the service partners we work with, as well as from publicly available business sources.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and diversion or sustainability reporting
  • Communicate with you about your account, service changes, and support
  • Send occasional marketing or educational messages, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website, including measuring which pages and content are useful
  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Meet legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is used. Our site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location, and how you arrived at our site. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use hosting, caching, content delivery, and spam-filtering services that process limited technical data, including your IP address, so that pages load quickly and form submissions stay free of spam.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site work. Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, process form submissions, filter spam, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions and for our purposes.
  • Service partners. Haulers, processors, equipment vendors, and subcontractors who need the information to perform work at your property.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections to our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
